Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive online math lessons for students from grades 1 to 12, using our unique curriculum and resources.
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction, tailoring lessons to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Create a supportive and positive learning environment that fosters student curiosity and builds math confidence.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure student success.
• Develop and deliver math lessons that are aligned with The Atoz Classes’ curriculum and educational standards.
• Use interactive tools, puzzles, and visual aids to make lessons engaging and fun.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our curriculum and teaching methods.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience teaching math to students in grades 1 to 12 (online or in-person).
• Strong understanding of math concepts, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, engaging manner.
• Proficient in using online teaching platforms and educational tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and lesson plans.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward student learning.
