Cyndi Sterling

Cyndi Sterling, AAI, AIS, AINS, is currently the Vice President and Senior Director of Client Experience in the PE Center of Excellence at The Baldwin Group. Previously, they held several roles at Lockton Companies from 2011 to 2015, including Senior Account Manager and Account Executive, where Cyndi managed client marketing needs and developed strategic risk management approaches. They also gained valuable experience at TC Strategies, Inc. as a Project Management Assistant and at Midland Loan Services as a Real Estate Tax Research Analyst. Cyndi is pursuing a BGS in Human Development and Family Life at the University of Kansas, building upon a prior BGS in Psychology obtained in 1995 from the same institution.
