Tawni Deem

Tawni Deem currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at The Baldwin Group since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC, where Tawni held the positions of SVP Employee Benefit Operations for Middle Market & Large Group Benefits and VP of Employee Benefit Integrations from May 2022 to October 2025. At Risk Strategies Company from 2012 to May 2022, Tawni served as a Senior Operations Specialist for National Benefits, conducting operations streamlining and data collection for employee benefit programs, and also held positions as Senior Account Executive and National Account Executive, focusing on account management and retention. Tawni began a career at Sierra Benefit Solutions Insurance Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2012, leading business and sales development as a National Account Manager. Tawni holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Sierra College.
