Jeff serves as General Manager. His responsibilities include aligning Bama’s strategic direction with the Operations, Quality, People Systems, Supply Chain, and Engineering Departments. Jeff works on system view approaches for long-term company and team member success.
Jeff has been with Bama for 19 years. He began his career with Bama in purchasing, where he received his Green Belt Certification before transitioning into Supplier Quality. From there, Jeff moved into Operations and has held the position of Operations Manager and Plant Manager at the Bama Pie and Bama Frozen Dough facilities. Most recently he served as Vice President, US Operations.
Jeff graduated with his MBA from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He has held various roles in the food industry for more than 25 years.
