Jen Jung, MBA, currently serves as VP of Process Improvement and IT Risk at The Bancorp, responsible for leading IT audits and enhancing operational processes. Previously, Jen held several roles at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., advancing from IT Project Manager to Sr. Manager of IT Program Management, driving program execution and team development across various business units. Prior experience includes project management and analysis roles at companies such as Midcontinent, MetaBank, Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, POET, Wells Fargo Bank, and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Jen holds an MBA from the University of Sioux Falls and bachelor's degrees in Finance from Colorado Technical University and Southeast Tech.
