James Daly is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in various areas of law. Since July 2017, James has been practising as a Barrister-at-Law at The Bar of Ireland, focusing on civil, family, and criminal law. Currently, James serves as an Appeal Officer for the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, and as a Decision-Making Representative for the Mental Health Commission IRL, making decisions related to personal welfare and property for individuals lacking capacity. Additionally, James plays a role as a Repatriation Panel Member in the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service, advising on immigration law matters.
