Greg Smith

Greg Smith is an accomplished information security professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Director of Information Security and IT Governance at The Baupost Group since October 2014, Greg has been instrumental in driving security initiatives. Prior to this role, Greg held various senior positions at MFS Investment Management from September 2005 to October 2014, including Chief Security Officer and VP of Information Security. Greg's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included Manager of Advisory Services from July 1998 to September 2005. Academically, Greg holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Sciences from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Boston College.
