Randy Stober

Randy Stober is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in employee benefits administration and national accounts management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Benefit Company, Inc. since November 2010, Randy focuses on providing innovative technology solutions and a comprehensive approach to benefits administration for large case clients. Previously, Randy spent 15 years at Colonial Life, culminating in the role of Director of National Accounts Enrollment, where responsibilities included managing regional enrollment teams and overseeing 1,200 national enrollers. Randy's experience also includes significant international collaboration, having contributed to the establishment of UNUM's operations in South America while in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Educational credentials include attendance at Wofford College.
