Ashni Asher is a management consultant and director of innovation with over thirteen years of experience working across research, design, technology, strategy, and business operations. Ashni is currently a consultant with The Berkeley Partnership, based in the US.

Previously, Ashni was based in Singapore and worked as the Director of Innovation for Digital Village, leading the development of innovative ideas and taking them through to implementation across a range of business areas and industries using a human-centered design approach.

Before that, Ashni worked as an Associate Principal for ThinkPlace, a company that designs experiences for government clients and the citizens they serve. In this role, they were responsible for co-designing experiences and humanising complexity to create public value through customer-centricity.

Ashni began their career in management consulting with Accenture, where they worked for over eight years before moving into the innovation space. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in applying new thinking and new solutions to existing problems.

Ashni Asher has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of Bristol. Ashni also has certification from University of California, Berkeley in The Science of Happiness, Yale University in Introduction to Psychology, and ICAgile in ICAgile Certified Professional.
