Dragi Pavlovski

Dragi Pavlovski is a Research Analyst at The Big Search. Dragi previously worked as a Research Analyst at REEF Technology from December 2019 to March 2020. Dragi also worked as a Research Lead at The Big Search from November 2019 to July 2022, where they were responsible for leading research and sourcing strategy for clients across various industries, managing a talent pipeline, conducting quality interviews with sourced candidates, and setting up best practices for sourcing techniques and tools. Pavlovski also worked as an Administrative Secretary at the Red Cross of North Macedonia from November 2017 to May 2018, and as an STO Assistant Translator/Interpreter at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) from October 2017 to May 2019.

Dragi Pavlovski has a Master's degree in Security in finance from the College of Security Sciences - Skopje and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kliment Ohridski' vo Bitola.
