Evy Van Galen

Evy Van Galen is the head of people at The Big Search. Evy has over twenty years of experience in recruitment and has held positions at HackYourFuture and DAZN.

Evy is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has worked to implement programs that promote diversity. Evy has also created training programs for recruiters and interviewers to help eliminate bias in hiring practices.

Evy is a strong leader and has grown teams of recruiters from 6 to 14. Evy has also streamlined hiring processes and created an academy for junior FE engineers. Under their leadership, The Big Search has become a top employer for tech and product talent.

Evy Van Galen has a Master of Science in Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a BSc in Criminology from the same school. Evy also has a VWO from Koning Willem ll College in Tilburg.
