Jake Grayston

Jake Grayston is currently a partner at The Big Search. Prior to this, they were the head of executive recruiting at Uber from August 2018 to July 2021. Jake has also worked as a vice president of talent at Velocity Black, a senior consultant at 360 Leaders, and a senior researcher at Harvey Nash and Holmes Noble. Jake has extensive experience in recruiting, talent, and HR management. Jake has led searches for directors and VPs across international markets and implemented new hiring processes and software. Jake has also increased revenue per employee and put in place performance reviews for entire companies.
