Darrell Lampa

Darrell Lampa, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Boring Company, Darrell also founded Lamda Talent Synergies and acts as a Strategic Advisor for Tech Duels. In addition to these roles, Darrell is an Instructor and Coach at Team Curuma Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Recruitment Manager at Major League Baseball. Darrell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. John's University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
