Ben Wesley, CAPP, currently serves as Regional Vice President at The Car Park and Principal Broker at Able Land & Homes. With extensive experience in the real estate and parking industries, Ben has held numerous leadership positions, including Chief Business Officer and Realtor at CW International Real Estate LLC, where business development efforts led to a 100% agency expansion in the first year. Previous roles include Market President for Premium Parking across various regions and Parking Director for USA Parking System and SP+. Ben Wesley's educational background includes a B.S. in Business from Champlain College and pursuit of an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Auburn University, expected to be completed in May 2026.
