Natasha Owusu is a seasoned policy professional with extensive experience in the trade union movement and public policy development. Currently serving as the Policy Lead England at The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy since April 2021, Natasha has previously held key positions at the Trades Union Congress, including Employment Rights Policy Officer and Policy Campaigns Support Officer, focusing on equality issues such as flexible working, racism at work, and equality audits. Natasha’s background includes roles as Secretary and ESOL Project Worker at Unionlearn, with a strong commitment to empowering women, BME, disabled, and LGBT workers through advocacy and campaigns. Natasha holds a BSc Hons in Social Science (Welfare Studies) from Kingston University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
