Bianca Hydutsky

Bianca Hydutsky is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Global Technology Director for Advanced Performance Materials at The Chemours Company since June 2015, with previous roles including Global Technology Manager and Technical Services Manager. In addition to her position at Chemours, Bianca contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for IWCS - The Cable & Connectivity Industry Forum since January 2023. Bianca's prior experience at DuPont from January 2008 to June 2015 encompassed roles such as Field Engineering Section Supervisor and Research Investigator, where responsibilities included managing the Fluorochemicals Technical Services Analytical Laboratory and overseeing the Final Product Release Testing Laboratory as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Bianca holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
