Andre Tucker

Head, Athletic Trainer at Chicago Bears

Andre Tucker is the current Head Athletic Trainer for the Chicago Bears. Andre has previous experience as an Assistant Head Athletic Trainer for the Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, and Jacksonville Jaguars. In their current role, Andre is responsible for assisting and coordinating players’ rehabilitation, as well as coordinating Out-patient rehab. Andre also schedules and coordinates player appointments, Free Agent physicals, and annual pre-season physicals for both players and staff. In addition, Andre assists with the medical grading for the NFL Combine and all other procedures leading up to the NFL Draft.

Andre Tucker has a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training/Trainer from Florida International University, and a certification in Athletic Training from Chowan University. Andre is also certified in Active Release Techniques Full Body/Spine (A.R.T.), Active Release Techniques Upper Extremity (A.R.T.), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Active Release Techniques Lower Extremity (A.R.T.), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Certifed Athletic Trainer (ATC).

They work with Matt Feinstein - Director, Football Administration, Dave McClamroch - Director, Corporate Partnerships, and Brian Forth - Director, Ticket Operations. Their manager is Ted Phillips, President & CEO. Some direct reports include Jeremy Smith - Assistant Athletic Trainer, Mariellen Veach - Assistant Athletic Trainer, and Tristen Asken - Director, Rehabilitation Services.
