Laura began their career in 2010 as a Sr Strategist at Arc Worldwide. There, they worked on global campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands. In 2015, they transitioned to TRISECT Agency, where they served as Senior Strategic Planner. In this role, Laura was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for clients in a variety of industries.

In 2016, Laura began pursuing their MBA at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business. While completing their degree, they worked as a Strategic Communications Graduate Assistant for the MBA program. In this role, Laura managed the program's social media channels and developed marketing strategies to support student recruitment. Laura graduated from the Lundquist College of Business in 2018 with their MBA.

Following graduation, Laura took on their current role as Director of Brand Marketing Insights & Strategy for the Chicago Bears. In this role, they are responsible for leading the team that provides insights and strategies that drive the Bears' brand marketing efforts. Laura is passionate about using data to create better experiences for sports fans and believes that sports can be a powerful tool for building community and bringing people together.

Laura Condella has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. Laura also has a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Strategic Communication (Advertising) and Political Science. Laura attended the 4A's Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies.
