Julie Ann Josefowski (Salmon) serves as the AVP of Client Services at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where responsibilities include executing people strategies that align with enterprise objectives and managing a diverse team of over 50 HR professionals. With extensive experience in human resources, Julie has held several key roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of Business Partner Services, focusing on talent management and workforce planning. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at ITA Partners Inc (now Nant Health) and working as an Associate Consultant at Diversified Search. Julie holds a Master's degree in Counseling & Human Relations from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
