Nikki Newell has extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, beginning in 1997 at Franklin International, where roles included Environmental, Health & Safety Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Since October 2001, Nikki has been with The Cigna Group (formerly Express Scripts and Medco), advancing from Human Resources Associate Recruiter to Sr Talent Advisor in Talent Acquisition. In current responsibilities, Nikki provides expert leadership on complex Talent Acquisition projects, focusing on developing strategies to attract diverse candidates for mid to high-level positions. Previous roles involved effective candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring staffing strategies aligned with business needs.
