Laurent Guitart

Laurent Guitart is the CEO of Circle K, an international chain of convenience stores. Laurent has been with the company since December 2015, first as General Manager and then as CEO. Laurent is responsible for a team of 35 individuals in the head office and a further 290+ staff across the 40 locations in UAE. Under their leadership, Circle K has become one of the world's largest convenience retailers, with a network of about 13,000 stores globally. In their role as CEO, Laurent is responsible for the strategic goals and objectives of the company, as well as its annual budget and business plan. Laurent is also responsible for fostering long-term customer relationships and ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. In addition to their work at Circle K, Laurent is also a role model within the organization and takes care of Human Resources potential and other resources needed for effective functioning of the company.

Laurent Guitart has a Bachelor's Degree in Retail-Sales-Management-Marketing from Rive Gauche, a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial-Business development-Management from Rive Gauche, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management-Leadership-Merchandising-Operation from CEFIDIS. Laurent also has an Executive MBA from City, University of London.
