Carys Davies

Carys Davies is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at The Climbing Hangar since April 2025. Carys previously held the position of Human Resources Advisor at The Mercian Trust from April 2023 to April 2025, and worked as a Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Assistant at Bridgnorth Aluminium Ltd between November 2021 and April 2023. Earlier in 2020, Carys gained experience as an HR and Administration Assistant at Wright Solicitors. Carys holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management with a CIPD pathway from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2021, and a BA in Sociology from the same institution, achieved in 2020. Carys also completed A levels in Sociology, English Literature, and Communication and Culture at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge, from 2015 to 2017.
