Heather Bourgeois

Heather Bourgeois is a Staff Process Engineer at The Clorox Company, with experience in project and construction management, process engineering, and optimization of production capabilities since June 2015. Prior to this role, Heather completed an internship within the Product Supply Organization, focusing on technical aspects of process engineering. Academic experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where research involved synthesizing particle stabilized double emulsions. An early career included a role as a Professional Dance Instructor and an internship at Resurgens Orthopaedics, observing surgical procedures. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The University of Georgia.
