Kristi Kolek is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in human insights and research management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Insights at The Coca-Cola Company since June 2018, Kristi has developed innovative research concepts for the Alcohol Ready to Drink Category. Prior to this role, Kristi was the Senior Manager of Human Insights at Creative Consumer Research and held various positions at The NPD Group, including Director of Analytic Solutions, where responsibilities included managing custom research for multiple product divisions. Kristi's earlier experience includes a position as Consumer Insights Manager at Shell Lubricants, where project management and strategic research were key focuses. Kristi holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston.
