Michael Pittman is the current Global Director of Next Generation Social Media Capabilities at The Coca-Cola Company. Michael has held this position since April 2015. Prior to this, they were the Brand Manager of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese at The Kraft Heinz Company from December 2012 to April 2015. Michael Pittman began their career as a Summer Marketing Associate for Shopper Marketing at PepsiCo from June 2008 to August 2008. Michael then became a Senior Associate Brand Manager for Lay's Kettle Cooked & SunChips Innovation at PepsiCo from July 2009 to November 2012.

Michael Pittman has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a focus in marketing and organizational behavior. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in agribusiness & applied economics and consumer affairs. In addition, they have certification in social media marketing foundations and social media monitoring: strategies and skills from LinkedIn as well as Coca-Cola LEAP 2.0 Harvard Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
