Throughout Corinna’s extensive background in financial services she has worked in various executive roles to support large teams and reach strategic outcomes. Her accomplished career includes 24 years at NAB, as well as running her own small business. She is driven by respecting the contribution that those from diverse backgrounds and strengths can bring to their professional community. Understanding the challenges that business owners face, including communication and change management, Corinna also works with leaders to lift their skills and bring value to their business.

As a senior leader she supported a team of 150 bankers, instilling the importance of adding value and working with them to achieve their desired business objectives and personal aspirations.

She draws from a wide range of experience in the financial sector, having worked across Retail, Operational Risk and Compliance, Learning and Development and Business Banking. As a former small business owner, and growing up with entrepreneurial parents, she offers an innate understanding of the difference SME can make to family, employees and communities they are in. Corinna is also passionate about female leadership and local community – teaching Irish dancing in her spare time.
