Laura Nicol

Laura Nicol is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the startup and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Maxine Minter at both Co Ventures and Co Lab, Laura focuses on building Australia’s first dedicated pre-seed venture fund and supports high-growth founders by connecting them with executive coaches. Additionally, Laura hosts and edits the Calling Operator Podcast, which explores the stories of startup operators. Before these roles, Laura held marketing positions at Enablo and First Table, and gained extensive public relations experience at Southern Public Relations Ltd, LiveFit Ltd, and Joy. Educationally, Laura holds a NZ Certificate in Small Business & Project Management and a BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design.
