Jeff Baldassari

Jeff Baldassari currently serves as a Board Member for Junior Achievement of Orange County & Inland Empire and as the Founder & CEO of The Competitive Edge Group. With a significant background in leadership roles, Baldassari was previously the President and Executive ESG Strategist at Labeling Sustainability Inc., where a new ESG practice was established. Prior experience includes serving as President & CEO of U.S. Rubber Recycling, Inc. and Senior Director at HBR Consulting. Baldassari has authored the book "From Associate to Ambassador," aimed at guiding law students and junior associates towards successful careers. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
