Lana Ferguson

Lana Ferguson is an experienced journalist currently serving as an Energy and Natural Resources Reporter at The Dallas Morning News since September 2022, focusing on topics related to energy, water scarcity, and public utilities. Previously, Lana worked as a Breaking News Reporter, covering various critical events. In addition to journalism, Lana has held roles in the food and beverage industry, including Team Lead and Shift Lead at Foxtrot, and Food Server and Bartender at Outback Steakhouse. Prior reporting experience includes positions at The Island Packet and The Daily Mississippian, where Lana progressed from News Writer to Editor In Chief.
