John Napoli

John Napoli currently serves as the Head of Digital Client Platforms & IT Business Management at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since July 2025. Prior to this role, John founded and led MissionLabs.ai, providing AI consulting services from March to July 2025. At Guardian Life, John was the Head of Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, & Delivery from August 2023 to February 2025, where a Digital & Tech Transformation program was initiated to achieve $90 million in savings. John's extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. included serving as Chief Operating Officer of both the firmwide Chief Technology Office and the Chief Data Office, overseeing significant product lines and strategies. Additionally, John held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director of Global Transaction Bank Technology and CIO of Electronic Corporate & Investment Bank Technology. John Napoli holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University.
