Meredith Hite

Meredith joined The Dove Agency in 2019 and serves as the Managing Director of Public Relations and Communications. She has two decades of experience in marketing strategy, public relations, and event management. Meredith spent the previous four years of her career before joining The Dove Agency, leading marketing and business development for an award-winning design firm and 40,000-square-foot fine furnishings store. Prior, she was Vice President of Communications for the Dallas Market Center, a leading wholesale trade center. Her team led public relations, social media, video marketing, and content development for the marketplace.

She honed her public relations skills at The Richards Group on the consumer public relations team. In addition, she furthered her appreciation for excellent customer service at Sewell Automotive Companies, planning and executing their special events. Her love of retail and customer service started well in advance of her professional career. Meredith grew up working in her father’s full-service drug store, where he taught that the customer is always right and the importance of personalized service.

Meredith graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Public Relations and proudly hails from the Texas Panhandle. Her small-town roots greatly impacted her, especially the significance of having community. Meredith is a member of All Saints Dallas Church and is actively involved in Arise Africa and Seed Effect charities. She lives in Dallas, is the dog mom of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and is engaged to be married in 2022.
