Teresa Palagano has a diverse work experience in the field of content marketing and writing. Teresa started their career as an Executive Editor at Folio Magazine, where they served from 1999 to 2003. Teresa then joined Working Mother Media as an Executive Editor and was responsible for overseeing all written and digital content. Teresa played a vital role in expanding the brand, including the launch of the magazine's first iPad app.

In 2011, Teresa became a Digital Content Marketing and Writing Consultant at eTalent Showcase, where they relaunched an online talent site and implemented various marketing programs to increase traffic and membership.
