George Kosar

George Kosar is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Development at The Everglades Foundation, where leadership of frontline development staff across Florida is a primary responsibility. Previously, Kosar held various academic and administrative roles, including Instructor at Harvard University and Assistant Vice President of Institutional Partnerships at Georgetown University. Kosar's extensive experience in fundraising includes significant positions at Boston University as Director of Foundation Relations and Tufts University as Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. With a strong academic background in history and nonprofit management, including a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, Kosar has also taught grant writing and fundraising courses at multiple institutions, further contributing to the field of philanthropy and development.
