Michelle Hernandez is the Founder and CEO of Leading Elephants, where they focus on advancing mission-driven organizations through cohort programs, consulting, and coaching that emphasize equity, inclusion, and belonging. Previously, they served as a Senior Leadership Director at The Broad Center for the Management of School Systems from 2007 to 2009 and as a Leadership Advisor at the African Leadership Academy in 2009. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Board Chair at Summit Middle School from 2017 to 2019. They are currently a member of the Board of Trustees at The Flynn, starting in 2025. Michelle was also a Partner at PwC from 2001 to 2006.
