Isabel Beltrán currently serves as the Vice President for Latin America & the Caribbean at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Isabel held positions at The Rockefeller Foundation as Director of Resilience & Energy and as Associate Director for Latin America at 100 Resilient Cities. Isabel's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on urban development and sustainable action plans, and working as a Research Analyst/Economist at The World Bank. Isabel began her career as a Research Assistant at the Inter-American Development Bank. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School and a degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
