Serena Chan

Serena Chan is a finance professional with extensive experience in property finance and accounting. Currently serving as a Property Finance Analyst and Property Accountant at The GPT Group since June 2025, Serena previously worked at Tetra Tech Coffey as a Financial Accountant and Assistant Financial Accountant from October 2021 to June 2025, contributing to financial reporting and payroll accuracy. Earlier roles include positions as an Administrator and Accounting Assistant at Global Nature (AUS) Pty Ltd, a Procurement Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Officer at Kingtex International, and various administrative roles at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
