Mike Santos

Mike Santos is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Controller at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando since May 2023. Previously, Mike held similar Controller positions at Hotel Emma and La Cantera Resort & Spa, where adept financial reporting and internal audit correction skills were demonstrated. With a robust background in accounting management, Mike has also served as the Assistant Director of Regional Finance at HEI Hotels & Resorts, managing multi-brand financial reporting for major hotel chains. Other significant roles include Accounting Manager at LE MERIDIEN DALLAS by the GALLERIA and Omni Hotels, as well as AR Manager at Hilton Worldwide. Mike possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Strayer University-Maryland and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Florida International University.
