Douglas House

Douglas House, MS, SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHRca, is the Chief Administrative Officer at The Guidance Center Long Beach, a position held since 2026. Previously, Douglas served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services, where a wide array of HR initiatives were implemented. They have an extensive educational background, including a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and graduate studies in Quality Assurance. Douglas's earlier experience includes service as a Combat Engineer and Military Policeman in the United States Army Reserve.
