Ben Hartfield

Ben Hartfield serves as the Senior Director of The Hackett Institute at The Hackett Group since February 2016, leading global initiatives to enhance skills and competencies in Global Business Services, Enterprise Analytics, and RPA/Smart Automation. Prior experience includes volunteering as a School Governor from September 2014 to March 2016, heading ACCA Careers during a brief tenure from July 2015 to February 2016, and serving as the Commercial Partnerships and Marketing Manager at CIMA from March 2013 to March 2015. Ben also held various roles in marketing, partnerships, and business development, including ownership of HM Ltd from August 2009 to January 2014, and positions at SAS, TMP (UK) Limited, and Travel Destinations Limited between 2009 and 2012. Education was completed at The Broxbourne School from 1981 to 1986.
