Scott Fay

Scott Fay serves as the Senior Director for the New England region at The Hackett Group, a position held since 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing client activities and providing strategic insights for G&A transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott was Vice President at Gomez, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, where significant contributions were made to establish Gomez as a thought leader in the Financial Services market. Scott's career began at Forrester Research, where, as Regional Manager from 1991 to 1999, contributions aided in expanding the firm's research presence into new markets. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Nichols College, obtained in 1991.
