Jessica M.

Jessica M. has extensive experience in audit and investigative services, currently serving as a Senior Staff Auditor in the Investigative Services Unit at The Hanover Insurance Group since August 2013. In this role, Jessica conducts complex investigations into corporate policy violations, employee fraud, and embezzlement, including conducting interviews, analyzing facts, and preparing reports. Jessica also performs audits in high-risk business areas and advises senior management on related issues. Jessica started at The Hanover Insurance Group in a rotational program as a Staff Internal Auditor, which provided exposure to various audit teams. Prior to this, Jessica gained experience as a Probation Department Intern at Worcester Superior Court. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration in Economic Crime and Fraud Management from Utica University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Bryant University.
