Jim Catapano

Jim Catapano has over two decades of experience in business analysis and program management, currently serving as Program Manager of the Business Analysis Practice Center at The Hanover Insurance Group since January 2006. In this role, Jim is responsible for hiring and developing top talent, leading various training and development initiatives, and managing teams within the Hanover Technology Group. Previously, Jim worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Blue Cod Technologies, focusing on the financial services industry, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Allmerica Financial Services, where the implementation of a Siebel CRM solution was a key focus. Jim began a career in business analysis at Commerce Insurance, holding various positions that contributed to a strong foundation in the field. Jim holds a BS in Marketing and Operations Management from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University.
