Millie Normandin has over a decade of experience in business operations within the specialty healthcare sector, currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations at The Hanover Insurance Group since May 2012. Millie's career at Hanover includes roles such as Supervisor and Team Lead in Specialty Underwriting, as well as positions in both small commercial underwriting and agency services. Prior to joining Hanover, Millie gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at TransCore. Millie is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Fitchburg State University, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Sociology from Framingham State University.
