Andrew Goodwin is the current Chief Information Officer at The Harbin Clinic, LLC. Andrew was previously with Harbin Clinic from March 2015 to October 2020, where they served as the Chief Information Officer. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Information Technology Systems (ITS) functions to help enable Harbin Clinic to achieve its strategic goals. This included developing and executing approved ITS strategic and tactical plans on time and within approved budgets, ensuring that all ITS operations and services were provided in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and that customer service metrics were measured and reported. Andrew was also an active member of the Executive Leadership Team, participating in developing business and clinical strategies beyond just ITS, and collaboratively developing and executing ITS strategic plans aligned with organisational strategies. As the senior ITS person at Harbin Clinic, they also developed, promoted and monitored a culture of customer service, responsibility and accountability. Andrew also had responsibility for managing our PMO. Throughout their time at Harbin Clinic, they continuously built and maintained strong relationships with physicians, peers and staff.

Andrew Goodwin has a MS in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Maine at Orono, a BA in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Maine at Farmington, and a certification in CHIME from CHCIO. Andrew also has experience in forest Management and Forestry from the University of Maine.
