Eric Kitchens

Eric Kitchens, FCAS, is a Data Scientist at The Hartford, where they lead the Middle and Large Commercial Data Science team. They previously held roles as a Product Owner and Director in the Small Commercial Data Science Unit, contributing to the implementation of Scrum methodologies. Prior to that, they co-founded a team that aimed to enhance actuarial practices through data science training and application development. Eric began their career as an Actuarial Associate, focusing on predictive modeling and analytics in commercial lines. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Individualized Study with a concentration in Actuarial Science from James Madison University.
