Jeff Hawkins currently serves as the EVP, Chief Data, AI and Operations Officer at The Hartford, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff was with CVS Health as the SVP and CIO overseeing retail, pharmacy, and care delivery from June 2021 to June 2023. Jeff's extensive experience at Humana from June 1999 to May 2021 includes serving as SVP and President of Author by Humana, Chief Technology Officer, and various leadership roles in enterprise architecture and analytics. Additional experience includes a role as Board Observer at ClearDATA from November 2018 to May 2021. Jeff Hawkins holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Information Security from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Western Kentucky University.
