Tyron Aiken is currently the Vice President and Head of Personal Lines Technology at The Hartford. With a strong background in IT application development, Tyron previously held several leadership roles within The Hartford, including Director of Application Development in both Small Commercial and Corporate IT. Prior to this, Tyron worked as a Business Analyst and Manager at Citi, where they oversaw the PeopleSoft HRMS Corrections Team. Tyron earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Sociology from UCONN.
