Joanna L.

Joanna L. has extensive experience in government relations and public policy, currently serving as Vice President of Global Government Relations at The Hershey Company since December 2015, after previously holding the position of Director of Government Relations. Joanna L. served as Executive Director at the National Association of Regional Councils from April 2014 to December 2015 and was Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Transportation from April 2009 to April 2014. Joanna L. also worked as Legislative Director at the National Governors Association from January 2006 to April 2009 and held the position of Senior Legislative Counsel and Senior Policy Analyst at the National League of Cities from 1998 to 2006. Joanna L. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from The George Washington University and is an alumna of Boston Latin School.
