Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer and Director of Systems Engineering at The Home Depot, Dillon has established and led cross-functional teams, focusing on technology strategy, planning, and the introduction of agile practices and modern cloud application development. Dillon's background also includes co-founding Edge Monsters to address real-world edge solutions, and leadership roles at Standard Insurance Company and PacifiCorp, where strategic infrastructure development and engineering leadership were pivotal.
