Elena Kwa is a seasoned professional in the immigration consultancy and education sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of The Academic People, a consultancy firm established in February 2024, dedicated to assisting international students in achieving their academic goals in Singapore. Simultaneously, Elena co-founded The Immigration People in August 2019, focusing on providing expert advice and representation on Singapore's immigration and citizenship matters. Previously, as a Senior Immigration Consultant at Immigration@SG LLP, Elena gained over five years of experience in handling complex immigration cases, specializing in Permanent Residence, Citizenship, and Long Term Visit Pass applications. Additionally, Elena held roles as Expatriate Relations Executive at Cayman Management Consultants Pte Ltd and Customer Relations Executive at The Sail @ Marina Bay. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Murdoch University and a Diploma in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
